Política de envío

Shipping:

  • Most orders ship within two business days of ordering. If there is a known delay we'll try to let you know.
  • Items will be shipped via a major courier (typically USPS, UPS, or similar) via a traceable service. 
  • We cannot offer expedited shipping service yet but we hope to offer it soon.
  • Free shipping is offered on some orders.  Rates are calculated by Shopify shipping
  • Items lost or damaged by shipping courier will be refunded in full upon confirmation from courier of package loss or damage.
  • Buyer is responsible for all freight charges on purchases and returns.
  • We strongly recommend shipping with a service that provides tracking of your return. Insure your shipment if it is expensive.  Lost returns will not be eligible for a refund but you probably can get the courier to pay for what they lost.
  • We currently don't normally ship outside the USA.  If you wish to place an order from outside the US please contact us and we can discuss it.
