Returns & Refunds

  • Returns
    • We accept returns with a few conditions
      • Item must be in condition sold and unused and in original packaging.
      • Contact us to get an RMA number within 30 days- we won't offer a refund or accept returns without one.
      • You are responsible for all shipping - including shipping costs.
      • We do not accept returns on terminals and select other items.
  • Exchanges
    • In most cases we cannot exchange merchandise.  It's ok to ask but usually we can not do it.
    • Refunds
      • All returns returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  You're also on the hook for any shipping costs.
      • You must get an RMA number within the 30 day window.  It's ok to take a little longer to ship the product back but no more than 40 days - when we get the returned product we'll return your money.
      • No RMA within 30 days = no refunds
      • Refunds will generally be via the same method you paid us with.  We'll get in touch if we can't do this for some reason.
      • If your refund is taking a long time please check with your bank, credit card provider, or payment service first.  Sometimes it takes a little bit for refunds to post.
    • Shipping
      • Items lost or damaged by shipping courier will be refunded in full upon confirmation from courier of package loss or damage.
      • Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
      • We strongly recommend shipping with a service that provides tracking of your return. Insure your shipment if it is expensive.  Lost returns will not be eligible for a refund but you probably can get the courier to pay for what they lost.
    • Items NOT eligible for returns or refunds
      • Items with condition listed as Damaged or Modified or Poor
    • Gifts
      • We don't do gifts.  Sorry.  No gift cards either.

    • Condition

      • New : Item is unused and in condition comparable to what would be provided by manufacturer or is actually from the manufacturer without modification.  Minor marks or damage from storage may be present that do not affect function.
      • Used - Like New : Item is lightly used or has been installed but remains in condition similar to New.  Minor marks or damage from storage, installation, or use may be present that do not affect function.  Partial reels of terminals are considered like new.
      • Used - Good : Item is in functional condition with some wear from use and/or storage.  Expected to function for designed purpose with possibly minor loss of performance.
      • Used - Poor : Item is significantly worn but may still perform intended function with measurable loss of performance
      • Damaged : Item is damaged and may be unable to perform its intended function. 
      • Modified : Item has been modified for a purpose other than its original intended function.  Use at your own risk.
